Its late and I like to eat I know its bad for you, so is that why its better then dinner or lunch? What so stroung about the midnight snack? Opinions?

Lol, do you really want to know? From my understanding... eating every 3 hours keeps the metabolic furnice stoked so that calories are constantly being burned optimally. Ideally, at night you should have a high protein, med fat and low carb meal because your body is repairing itself while you sleep from any damage done to it today or yesterday. The ideal meal late at night is a protein shake. Carbs are for energy and you dont need energy while your sleeping. Protein are the building blocks for repair and thats what your body does during sleep cycles. So... prepare a shake and when you wake up to go pee at 3 am, drink it up. Thats ideal.
To summarize, its not so bad to eat late at night, just remember... unless its high protein, low carb, low to med fat content... while you sleep its just gonna go to your gut and make you fatter.
